Had a lovely experience at Happily Ever After, I visited just over a week ago for the first time and Alix was my bridal consultant. Alix was lovely and welcoming. The shop is amazing, full of dresses! Walking into the back room is so overwhelming it’s like walking into a wedding dress wonderland. Absolutely amazing service! Messaged throughout lockdown to advise I fell in love with the dress in the window so they sent me the details and booked an appointment for when they reopened.
The assistant knew straight away the dress I wanted to try and asked if I wanted to look at others whilst she got it from the mannequin.
She could tell immediately that the only dress I could think of was "the dress" and suggested I try it before wasting my time comparing others.
I said yes to the 1 and only dress I tried, no pressure felt and I was offered 2 payment options which made it much more affordable for me.
