Had a lovely experience at Happily Ever After, I visited just over a week ago for the first time and Alix was my bridal consultant. Alix was lovely and welcoming. The shop is amazing, full of dresses! Walking into the back room is so overwhelming it’s like walking into a wedding dress wonderland. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to find their dream dress! I actually went back a few days later and said yes to the dress! Alix was so helpful and very patient. Tracey HooperDress was fantastic in the end, service was continuously rubbish. They Messed me around several times and suggested many misleading things - sleeves could be made, wait no they can, no they cant ect, suggested things they could not deliver( items of clothing they don't stock) changed their minds every visit and manipulated their wording to make me look the wrong one. Honestly would not recommend. Thankfully their seamstress managed to fix my dress before the wedding. One staff member in-particular pretty much sounds completely emotionless and that she pre-reads everything she says from a script.
Katerina LouiseI got my wedding dress from here and everyone involved were amazing, I found out I was pregnant and stressed that the dress wouldn't fit etc.. they reassured me that we could sort the dress out and I used their seamstresses for alterations (very well priced) and the staff were very friendly and kind to a hormonal bride to be! I found the team very professional and honest about wanting their brides to look amazing.

Absolutely amazing service! Messaged throughout lockdown to advise I fell in love with the dress in the window so they sent me the details and booked an appointment for when they reopened.
The assistant knew straight away the dress I wanted to try and asked if I wanted to look at others whilst she got it from the mannequin.
She could tell immediately that the only dress I could think of was "the dress" and suggested I try it before wasting my time comparing others.
I said yes to the 1 and only dress I tried, no pressure felt and I was offered 2 payment options which made it much more affordable for me.
