Had the most relaxing and lovely experience trying to find my dream dress!! It actually felt kindof easy despite being nervous and not feeling in the best shape! I found the ONE!!! 😍🥰 so happy and in love with my dress! If it wasn’t a once in a lifetime purchase I would be back again and would recommend to anyone 👰🏻🥰 xx

My Mum and I were made to feel very special and speaking to Amanda was like talking to a friend! Dress was fantastic in the end, service was continuously rubbish. They Messed me around several times and suggested many misleading things - sleeves could be made, wait no they can, no they cant ect, suggested things they could not deliver( items of clothing they don't stock) changed their minds every visit and manipulated their wording to make me look the wrong one. Honestly would not recommend. Thankfully their seamstress managed to fix my dress before the wedding. One staff member in-particular pretty much sounds completely emotionless and that she pre-reads everything she says from a script.
