I visited the store today and it couldn’t have been a better experience! I’ve only tried on dresses once before and I had such a bad experience and wasn’t really looking forward to today. We arrived 30 minutes early as we had gotten the train down and were allowed straight in. We were in the shop for aaaages and I had brought a mini army with me! Amanda was amazing at helping pick out dresses and giving the most helpful advise. I didn’t feel under pressure to make a sale or make my mind up straight away and nothing was too much trouble. We all had the best day and the dresses are beautiful! Would definitely recommend any brides to be to book up here - even travelling from Newcastle was 100% worth it! Thank you so much!

10/10 amazing! I must admit, I accidentally phoned the shop thinking it was a different bridal shop to where I wanted to go and it must have been fate. From the moment I walked in, we were greeted by Alex and she was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Explained everything perfectly simply and helped with every question I had to ask. She was so patient and understanding when I was trying to facetime my whole family to show them my dress! Nothing was awkward, she was great! Her customer service is absolutely outstanding! Fabulous experience. She is a credit to the business. Thank you �

  A truly wonderful place! I was quite nervous about trying on dresses, particularly being plus size, but I had such a wonderful time! The lady who did my appointment (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name!) was just brilliant - she helped me pick out a range of shapes and styles, and I ended up finding two I really loved! The shop itself looked quite little when we came in, but there's a giant back room which is where we did the trying on part. I really can't recommend them enough, it was such a wonderful experience and I feel very very lucky!

I had the most amazing experience with a lovely lady who showed me lots of different types of dresses and helped me to feel like a real princess in the dress of my dreams!! The shop has such a huge selection of dresses in all sizes and styles and the bridal room where I tried them on was simply dreamy 😍 beyond excited to visit again to pick my dress up this year 👰‍♀️ couldn’t recommend it any more to any new brides looking for the perfect dress 💍

  I visited Happily Ever After yesterday and after having some negative experiences elsewhere, I wasn’t overly optimistic about finding a dress ... how wrong I was! Amanda and Suzy were so friendly and professional from the minute we arrived. I felt at ease and was more than comfortable trying on the beautiful dresses in the privacy of an exclusive appointment. Nothing was too much trouble and Amanda was very accommodating. I’m pleased to say I found my dream dress & can’t wait to bring it home 😍 I would definitely recommend Happily Ever After Bridal ❤️

  We had the most wonderful afternoon trying on wedding dresses ahead of my friends big day. There was SO much choice in a wide range of sizes, the assistant was so helpful and kind, and the room we had the trying on in was spectacular - just made the whole afternoon feel so special and lovely. It was brilliant being able to try on wedding dresses with natural light (there's a huge extension in the back of the little shop on the high street with a fancy little catwalk and a massive skylight, so you can really see what your dress will look like when you're moving around in the light of day!) and the staff member was so welcoming, and knowledgeable without being patronising. It made dress shopping into a lovely day out and not just a chore, and I honestly can't recommend Happily Ever After highly enough.
