What can I say...just the best bridal experience ever. I was looked after by Amanda who really knows her stuff. Nothing was to much trouble and any dress I wanted was brought to try on. Being a plus size bride I was made to feel so special which is always something that worried me but I needed not to. The different styles, sizes, colours and prices cater for every budget and taste. Amanda made me feel part of the Happily Ever After family and you can tell how much she loves her job. Thank you ❤️

I got my wedding dress from here and everyone involved were amazing, I found out I was pregnant and stressed that the dress wouldn't fit etc.. they reassured me that we could sort the dress out and I used their seamstresses for alterations (very well priced) and the staff were very friendly and kind to a hormonal bride to be! I found the team very professional and honest about wanting their brides to look amazing.

Dress was fantastic in the end, service was continuously rubbish. They Messed me around several times and suggested many misleading things - sleeves could be made, wait no they can, no they cant ect, suggested things they could not deliver( items of clothing they don't stock) changed their minds every visit and manipulated their wording to make me look the wrong one. Honestly would not recommend. Thankfully their seamstress managed to fix my dress before the wedding. One staff member in-particular pretty much sounds completely emotionless and that she pre-reads everything she says from a script.

  We had such a lovely visit to Happily Ever After this afternoon. The space for booked appointments is such a beautiful surprise, tucked away at the back of the shop. It had beautiful light from a huge, custom skylight and a table for me and my friend to sit at while the bride tried on her dresses. It even had a tiny catwalk. They had a fabulous range of dresses for plus sizes, including a range of shapes which you don't see everywhere! An all round brilliant experience, I would thoroughly recommend Happily Ever After
