I found THE dress! The best experience I could ever ask for. On my first visit just over a month ago, I showed Amanda the Abella dress I found on their website. Unfortunately that is the latest collection they getting in and they literary just put it on their website and the dress I wanted to try on will not arrive until end of the year. I was a little bit disappointed but Amanda told me they can contact the designer to borrow their sample dresses for me to try on which will be smaller size and closer to my size as well so I can see how it looks like on me. They contacted me after had the confirmation from the designer about the dress and booked me in again. I am glad that I waited for the Abella dress ! It didn’t disappointed me and I really appreciated how much effort Amanda and the rest of her team put in ! Amanda is really experienced and knows so much about every single dress, she knows what looks nice on you if you are not sure. She also helped me choose a nice veil to go with my dress. I’m really happy and would highly recommend her to anyone. Good luck to the Trunk show next week !

  What can I say...just the best bridal experience ever. I was looked after by Amanda who really knows her stuff. Nothing was to much trouble and any dress I wanted was brought to try on. Being a plus size bride I was made to feel so special which is always something that worried me but I needed not to. The different styles, sizes, colours and prices cater for every budget and taste. Amanda made me feel part of the Happily Ever After family and you can tell how much she loves her job. Thank you ❤️

  Well after already buying a dress beforehand from another company.... and my wedding being postponed due to covid, also Venue being shutdown! I had to change all my wedding plans and felt I didn’t like the dress I originally bought, it was a lovely dress but did no longer feel like it was the one! Found a last minute appointment here on Facebook for happily after after yesterday and got myself booked in the next day! lovely little shop! Lovely lady called Amanda who owns the shop really welcomed me in safely with face masks and hand gel! And also 2 meter rule! Told Amanda my story and she really wanted to help me out and she did! She was so patient with me and listened to everything I had to say about what I wanted in a dress and understood. Also give me some great ideas! What I can see is Amanda absolutely loves her job and she’s very good at it! She generally cares for her brides! she opened the shop especially for me the next day after trying the dress of my dreams on to go back and show my mam on her day of! Thank you so so much Amanda I now feel super excited and relax for my wedding in 2021! stay safe and see you soon! 😘😘

10/10 amazing! I must admit, I accidentally phoned the shop thinking it was a different bridal shop to where I wanted to go and it must have been fate. From the moment I walked in, we were greeted by Alex and she was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Explained everything perfectly simply and helped with every question I had to ask. She was so patient and understanding when I was trying to facetime my whole family to show them my dress! Nothing was awkward, she was great! Her customer service is absolutely outstanding! Fabulous experience. She is a credit to the business. Thank you �

I visited the store today and it couldn’t have been a better experience! I’ve only tried on dresses once before and I had such a bad experience and wasn’t really looking forward to today. We arrived 30 minutes early as we had gotten the train down and were allowed straight in. We were in the shop for aaaages and I had brought a mini army with me! Amanda was amazing at helping pick out dresses and giving the most helpful advise. I didn’t feel under pressure to make a sale or make my mind up straight away and nothing was too much trouble. We all had the best day and the dresses are beautiful! Would definitely recommend any brides to be to book up here - even travelling from Newcastle was 100% worth it! Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for helping me find my dream dress, you were all so incredibly helpful and you were the only bridal shop I visited where I felt relaxed and I felt that you were able to provide dresses for everyone regardless of their shape, size or style. You listened to the things I wanted and helped me find something that flattered my shape. I felt wonderful being able to wear such an amazing dress, it really was the best dress I could have asked for! I loved the addition of the sleeves and my veil just finished everything off perfectly.
